Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Location Changer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Location Changer is a mobile application that allows users to share custom location coordinates and photos with location data through various messaging platforms. The App is intended for entertainment, privacy protection, and creative content purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:

• Commit fraud or deceive others in harmful ways
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, stalk, or harm another person
• Interfere with legal proceedings or investigations
• Violate employment agreements or contracts
• Engage in any activity that could cause harm to others

You are solely responsible for how you use the App and any consequences that may result from sharing fake location information.

Subscription and Payments

Location Changer offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: Recurring weekly subscription
• Lifetime Plan: One-time purchase for permanent access

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Nico Melian and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nico Melian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nico Melian from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
